(테스트 환경은 Single ASM 19.3)

Oracle Restart 환경(Single ASM)에서 정상적으로 설치했음에도 ORACLE_HOME 의 Inventory 정보가 제대로 들어가지 않는 경우가 있다. 

이 경우에 opatch lsinventory 정보를 확인하면 경로를 못 찾아서 해당 에러가 발생함.

- 조치방법은 단순히 ORACLE_HOME 를 attach 해주기만 하면 됨.
